External Problem Solving

"I have been trying my hardest this whole time... but it feels like something is missing."

Card Box

There always will be things. And the more we find, the more we will need. This isnt bad, simply complicated. The main focus for any human being is Sustanance of the Self. Nutrition and Exercise are the 1 and 2 most important things for everyone. Absolutely. But unless we are doing nothing but growing through exercise, we will have too much undirected energy and get bored.

Once this happens, we seek out possible solutions to issues we now perceive. When exhausted, we don't perceive these. Once we regenerate, we have even more energy, undirected to rush through into Thoughts, Feelings and Actions.

These create a cycle where each 1 factor causes a chain reaction, growing more intensive until most every scenario has played out in our head or in our life.

Every new factor adds more of these little tracking programs: "what if"s for the planning centre of our brain.

In order to clean these what if's, we can Discard them, Fulfill them or Eliminate them.

We can say "this isn't relevant to me". Discard.

We can act out the scenario, the source of our fear and face it. Fulfill.

Or we can burn our bridges and make the scenario impossible somehow.

Unfortunately, the Default option is File Program. We store these little trackers in our brains, on the surface if a daily reminder, or in deep memory if the scenario is seldom to occur.

If your intuition tells you you should go and your gut tells you there is danger, ask your Root, inner life preservation force if you are in any real danger. And if you are, ask your mind how you can prepare for it.

The best way to get rid of General Stress, Anxiety and Depression is Facing what you know you need to do and Fulfilling your trackers.

This will free up your now spare energy for better things. If one leaves wrappers on their floor, one must track and pick up wrappers. If one recycles wrappers immediately, they do not have to remember to check the floor for them, or that they need to be cleaned up. You just Know.

When a new challenge meets us, yes, it is Scary. Awakened Spirits face a lot of scary things.

It's what we do.

When we avoid the problems(Challenges) when they present themselves, our brain creates a tracker based on the things and people involved, and us, as our brain perceives us to be. Even if a problem we have faced is obsolete and we will never have to face it again: if we do not let go of what we cannot change, a part of our brain and the energy that powers it has been commanded to function without purpose forever.

Face your Challenges.

Eliminate your Problems.

Let Go of your Failures.

That life practice will reduce your stress load quite a lot.

I get nervous now even longboarding or biking fast.

Because they both need repairs

I push myself on my bike and my board. Now they need repairs and so do I.

I am avoiding repairing my bike.

I am avoiding repairing my board.

The result is that my bike suffers, I suffer and my board suffers.

All because I have not been able to direct myself to fix them as a priority.

The same goes for Our Selves.

The question IS; and this is THE QUESTION, of everyone in the world:

"How do we complete that which we are avoiding?"

Do not lose hope!

We are avoiding everything we are not doing at any given moment. If we have 100 things to do, our brain is trying to remind us, no matter what we are doing. To Focus, we can Externalize Tasks, so it is impossible to forget them and Queue Reminders (alarms, calendars, notes) to make sure we are reminded to fulfill them in the future.

By doing this we are making an agreement with these programs in our head.

We will externalize them and follow up and they will leave our mind.

The stress of unfinished tasks is usually motivation enough. An assistant's urge for the person to externalize can also get them to write.

Life events such as trauma, inspiration or time can cause people to face their issues as well.

They key to ensured success is Planning, Preparing and Performing. So get out there, start small and follow your dreams!
