The Real Placebo

This is a video everybody should watch, especially those who have been unsuccessful in helping themselves with "conventional medicine".

Can the mind heal the body?

Well, can the mind hurt the body?

We know it can.

As it turns out, the mind CAN heal the body,

And it's not just a matter of belief, but in some ways, it is;


When you believe you're not good enough,

When you believe you are nothing, you act like it.

They say you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

In order to move your body, you must signal your brain to do so;

Your brain doesn't just signal the body its self - YOU signal the brain!


So it's our intentions which create our actions.

The thing is, we always think of actions as outside of ourselves,

Where really, the majority of actions happen Inside of ourselves.


Within us there is this GIGANTIC thing we call the "Microcosmos",

And this is our inner world, where it all ultimately takes place!


In this world, you are the one and only Capital G O D ;

YOU determine your inner world, every single waking day.


So when you say to yourself "I'm not enough",

You think no one else can hear you,

But really, the whole world is listening - YOUR world is listening.

And your cells, your bacterias, your organs and tissues...


They take your word as law.


So if you get stuck thinking, "I will never be happy",

They begin to stop producing the happiness hormones!

If you catch yourself thinking "I am never gonna be healthy",

They start downregulating health and healing; they give up on you.

But when you start saying to yourself, "It feels so good to be alive baby!", then it does! Why do you think Ralph Smart is always saying it?

There is this idea I stumbled upon called "Reframing",

And basically what this is, is taking an internal statement,

Re-examining it, re-aligning how that thought is stated,

And re-conditioning your internal chemistry to support that truth.


So the next time you catch yourself thinking "Life sucks",

Instead of just leaving it there, why don't we examine that statement?


WHY does life suck? Can you be sure that it really does,

In its entirety? And whether it does or not,

Is that the narrative you want to go by?

We gotta examine that.

Why does life suck?

Why will you never be happy?


Well maybe it sucks because you're just stressed out,

So maybe we have to do something about stress.


Maybe you feel you'll never be healthy,

Because you just can't commit to healthy new lifestyle choices.

But then again, you "Can't"?

Is that really true? Let's go deeper. Let's reframe this statement.

Is it really that you CAN'T? Or you just haven't been able to so far?


So Why? You see, as we begin to break down this statement of,

"I will never be happy" ; "I can't commit to new lifestyle choices",

We break it down and realize we just haven't been able to do it so far.


So this implies that we Could manage to do it in the future,

Which of course implies that we can begin to do it now.


Most people are where they are because they did what they did.

Whether that's a good place or a bad one, it's what you put into it.


I myself today was feeling ludicrously stressed.

I wasn't able to fully grasp my own deep feelings of stress,

Nor was I able to grasp what thoughts facilitated those feelings.


But then I did it.


It was painful, it was frightening, but somehow, I got through it.

And I realized, as I have a thousand times, that I CAN do this.

I CAN deal with my stress. I CAN overcome it.

And DAMN if that isn't a liberating feeling!

All it takes is 1% improvement a day,

And in 100 days, you'll have 100% improvement from where you are right now.

Sure, where you're at might be 10% of your average potential,

So in 100 days, you might only be at 20%.

But that's 100% improvement!

And most people aren't gonna be committed every single day, so let's say you improve 1% every 3 days. There's 365 days in a year.

So in one year, you can improve 100%, with 65 days to spare.


Not bad, right?


So a year later, You've gone from 10% life force to 20 %.

The next year, you go from 20% life force to 40%.

Year three, you go from 40% life force to 80%.

And year four, you go from 80% to 160%!


MIRACULOUS!


In four years, you can go from existential emaciation,

To absolute vigor, zest for life and totally energized joy!


And if you're feeling like Half of yourself, at 50%,

You could be feeling at 100% in only One Year.

At two years, you could be at 200%,

That's twice as invigorated and fulfilled than you have ever felt!

When drug companies test a new "product",

(is it a product, or a medicine?)

They have to account for the placebo,

Which is often as or more effective than the drug its self.

So the placebo works, and the medication might work too,

But then you get all the side effects of the drug;

Damage to your kidneys, your liver, your reproductive organs...

The list goes on.

So if the placebo works, and with None of the side effects,

Why don't we focus more on that? Well, maybe we should.


We definitely should.


So how do you do this?

Dr. Joe Dispenza is a master in this department!

Normally, you can find most of his videos on Gaia,

But you can find many of them for free on Youtube as well!


What do you have to lose?

So before you consider that medication as your only option,

Why not take an actual hand in your own life and do it yourself?


After all, more people are sick in the world than ever before,

So we've got to know we're doing SOMETHING wrong!

The whole world is sick, but not with an illness, but an ideology.

And that ideology is that humans are broken and we cannot heal.

But our immune system has been proving that wrong ever since we were born, eating dirt and sticking our unwashed hands in our mouths.


We actually need bacterias to survive.

So before you go and manically sanitize everything in sight,

Consider an "alternative" path to health:


The path of Idiopathic Wellbeing!
