10 Steps to Self-Actualization

Figuring out Health and Wellness can be hard. Figuring out Growth and Development can be harder.

The following is a blueprint for a course We Can Design for our own lives. Remember, the architecture is complex. The Surface is Simple. Write everything down; Build a plan, Follow it, Track it, Improve Upon It. Let's Go!

Steps to Optimal Nutrition

1. In order to know what you're missing, find a list of the 90+ Vitamins, Minerals, Fatty Acids, Nutrients and Entheogens you need.

2. Profile These Source Needs by researching what happens when you have a deficiency of each individual one. It's bad, right? The opposite is what will happen when you get enough.

3. Identify Natural Foods and Sources of what you need, measure what the precise right amount would be and start adding more of them into your diet until you eat nothing else unless it is particularly intruiging, ie: Beneficial out of diet.

4. Attain Ultra-Healthy Body Composition; the base level we are supposed to achieve. As you surpass the challenge of Diet (1,2,3) You will become filled with energy and expose yourself to other challenges relating to the Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Steps to Optimal Exercise

5. In order to know what Exercise You Are Missing, research every muscle and what happens when they are in bad condition.

6. Find practical exercises for each and every muscle. If there are some you literally cannot do, dedicate yourself to the rest of them and re-evaluate every Week, Month and Half-Year.

7. Plan Exercise to increase Posture Resistance, Strength, Balance, Flexibility, Speed, Grace, Breath, Reaction Time and Flow. Seek to discern every possible attribute of work on them.

Steps to Self Actualization

8. Consciously look at your surroundings this way. What are the Possibilities? The Problems? The Solutions? Make them real.

9. Consciously look at your self. Apart from a human being of your own DNA, You Are A Consciousness. Strive to define your potentialities and create a habit of pursuing them.

10. Consciously look at the world. What are the potentialities? What is leading to a better world? What is leading to a worse world? Start with your Family and Friends, then move on to everyone and everything else; simply acknowledge that it is Possible You Can Help, and become a better you. In trying to help someone or some cause, how do you succeed? How do you fail? What is the potentiality if you effectively help them?
