So You've Decided You Need A Change.

What Now?

New Day, New Life

Maybe You Find It Difficult To Begin New Habits.

Maybe You Find It Difficult To Kill Old Habits.

This Is A Day In My Life.

I wake up around 8 O'Clock and begin the daunting task of ACTUALLY waking up.

1. This involves an immediate trip to the Shower.

2. After Showering, it's out for Morning Cardio.

For Me, I have been Cycling for years, so this is my Go-To.

For You, it could be Jogging, Swimming or Boarding.

3. During my Morning Cardio, I Gaze at the Brightest Parts of the Sky, as I can handle them. This helps tell the brain it is no longer night time, it is Time to Wake Up!

4. Once I Arrive Home, I Eat A Healthy Breakfast of Grains, Vegetables or Protein. I havn't figured out Diet yet, so I make sure to Eat Well and Get Protein.

5. While I Eat, I go to my "Morning Videos" playlist and spend half an hour watching Self Help Videos.

At this point, My Brain Has Become Active!

6. Now it's time to Add Any New Tasks I want to do, to a List I Made Before Bed the Night Before.

7. Then, I Begin Working On My Daily Tasks and Goals.

I work from around 10:00 to 1:30 or an hour after I get hungry.

8. At 1:30, I Make Lunch -usually a healthy sandwich with "Grains, Greens, Cheese and Proteins"- and Watch Afternoon Videos, usually Targeted To My Area Of Study.

9. At 2:00, I Start Working Again and Do Not Allow Distractions In My Work Area.

This means I Turn Off My Cell Phone, Facebook and any other Non-Work-Related things. Closed Door Policy.

10. At 6:00, I Am Done My Required Work For The Day.

That is Approximately Seven and a Half Hours of Work.

EXERCISE: At the End Of The Day, I Do Real Exercise. Bike. Board. Lift. Stretch. Run. Row. Climb. Push Harder.

Whether You Choose To Integrate More Exercise into Your Morning or Afternoon Routines is Up To You.

I find that Exercise After Step 8 can be Very Beneficial. If You Do This, Simply Work For 4 Hours After You Return.

That is My Daily Routine right now.

It Should and Will Evolve in the future, however, it is Better to Have a Functioning Routine, than None At All.

There are, of course, lots of other mini-tasks I work into my day, however, you should make sure to keep these separate from your No-Distraction times. These Include:

Brain Training Checking Messages Meal Prep Social Life Reading Hobbies

Choose an Hour to Set Aside Each Day for these things. In the Evening Works Best because it does not interfere with your morning mood and pace.
