A Daily Goals Chart can be a Very Helpful thing.

I Write a list of goals every day.

Daily Goal Charts, Goals

Here is an Example: Watch 5 "Tedx" Videos Get a Replacement GoPro Cable Clean My Room Make a "Long Board Parts" Kijiji ad Get Groceries Apply for 5 Jobs Draw, Write or Beatbox

You should Add anything You did Unexpectedly, if it is Important to You. Ex. Watch 5 "Tedx" Videos Get a Replacement GoPro Cable Clean My Room Make a "Long Board Parts" Kijiji ad Get Groceries Apply for 5 Jobs Draw, Write or Beatbox X Talked to Darren Downtown X X Talked to a Telemarketer X X Went for a Jog X

Whether it's a Cross, an "X", an Underline or a Scratch, Make Sure to Mark Your Completed Goals. This allow You to Mark Your Progress.

X Watch 5 "Tedx" Videos X Get a Replacement GoPro Cable X Clean My Room X X Make a "Long Board Parts" Kijiji Ad X Get Groceries Apply for 5 Jobs X Draw, Write or Beatbox X X Talked to Darren Downtown X X Talked to a Telemarketer X X Went for a Jog X

In the Day Above, Going Outside to Get a Replacement GoPro Cable and Groceries was Too Much. I Avoided those Tasks and Stayed Home Instead. I Also Didn't Apply to 5 Jobs. I Did Watch 5 "Tedx" Videos, Cleaned My Room, Made a Kijiji Ad, Beatboxed, Talked to Darren and Telemarketer, and Went for a Jog.

So the Next Day, You Make A New List. After You Have Done That, and it is Not Interfering with Your Self Esteem while Setting Goals, You can Score Your Previous Day and Make Notes. DO NOT Make 1 BIG Page of Goals and Dote on it For Days. This is Not a Healthy Way to Complete Goals and will Harm Your Self Esteem. Some Goals are Bigger than Others, and We Cannot Complete Them Right Away. Make New Goals Every Day to Stay Focused On The Present.

You Can Definately Make Different Goals for the Same Things. Ex.music. Write a Song Beatbox Dance Sing Edit a Song Sing "Bad to the Bone"

Mark Your Progress when you Complete Your Goals, or Mark Your Progress the Next Day, or Before Bed. It can be Helpful to Set Tomorrow's Goals Before Bed. Experiment for Yourself.

Here is an Exercise. You Won't Fully Grasp the Concept if you don't Complete the Instructions Fully.

The Exercise should be Simple For You now.

Simply: Make a List of Goals Every Day Mark Your Progress Every Day You Can Add Those to Your List. Ex.

Make a List of Goals Mark Your Progress Exercise Do Brain Training Go for a Jog Work on your Website Cook and Wash Dishes Do Laundry

We All Perform a Lot of Tasks Every Day. How Much you Include in your List is Up To You.

However, You will Accomplish More and Learn More About Yourself, the Longer You Can Make your Daily Goal Journals. Start with 1-3 Goals and Work Your Way Up to 20 Over the Course of a Few Years.

Just Start With 3 Goals a Day, For a Week. Then Create 5 Goals a Day, For a Week. Again, the Exercise is: Make a List of Goals Every Day Mark Your Progress Every Day

At the End of the Exercise, If Completed Fully, You Will Have: 14 Days of Goal Journals Completed Goals Greater Confidence Higher Self Understanding 14 Performance Indicators

Performance Indicators are your Completed Goals Divided by your Daily Goals Ex.

1.) XMake a List of GoalsX 2.) XMark Your ProgressX 3.) Do 50 Pushups 4.) X Do 50 Siptups X 5.) X Do 100 Jumping Jacks X 6.) Do 100 Knee Hits 7.) X Go for a Bike Ride X 8.) X Pay Debt at Bank X 9.) X Read X 10.) X Work X

In This Case, I Didn't Complete 3 and 6. I Did Complete, 1,2,4,5,7,8,9 and 10.

So my Daily Goal Completion Score is 8/10, which is 80%.

After You are Used to Doing This, you should Eliminate "Make a List" and "Mark Your Progress" from Goals you Count Towards your Daily Goal Completion Score. Ex. 0.) XMake a List of GoalsX 0.) XMark Your ProgressX 1.) Do 50 Pushups 2.) X Do 50 Siptups X 3.) X Do 100 Jumping Jacks X 4.) Do 100 Knee Hits 5.) X Go for a Bike Ride X 6.) X Pay Debt at Bank X 7.) X Read X 8.) X Work X Looking at it This Way, I Completed 2,3,5,6,7 and 8. I Did Not Complete 1 and 4. Therefore I Completed 6/8 Goals. Therefore my Daily Goal Completion Score, or Goal Completion Score, or GCS is 6/8, or 75%.

Taking Away Normal Activities Allows You to Get a More Accurate Look at your Progress, Rather than your Performance.

Progress will Help you See Where to Improve. Performance will Help your Self Esteem.

Here is an Example of a Performance Oriented Daily Goal Chart, or DGC. Wake Up Eat Breakfast Shower Put on Clothes Do 50 Pushups Do 50 Situps Read Eat Dinner Watch a Video In the Above Example, most of the Goals are Easy to Complete. This will Show You the Real Performance you DO Every Day.

Once you Have Confidence and Self Esteem, you can Use a Progress Oriented Chart to Help you Make Gains and Push the Limit of What you Can Do in a Day. Ex. Watch 5 Youtube Videos on Music Making Run 10 Kilometers and Bike 25 Kilometers Do 4 Reps of 100 Pushups Do 4 Reps of 100 Situps Read a Full Book on Muay Thai In the Above Example, Every-Day Goals are Assumed. Most of the Progress Oriented Goals include Multiple Actions and the Fluff is Left Out.

In a Performance Oriented Goal Chart, you will See Your Average Daily Performance. Generally if you are Sustaining a Performance Oriented Chart, the Goal is to Boost Self Esteem, Form Daily Routines or Gradually Raise your Workout to Increase Energy Levels.

In a Progress Oriented Goal Chart, you are being Much Tougher On Yourself. If you Have the Drive, you will Acheive more Spectacular Goals this way.

What I Personally Recommend is This. Fill your DailyGoalChart with Performance and Progress Oriented Goals, as well as New Experiences Tasks you actually Have to Do. Make sure to Include Creative Goals in your List.

So Let's Go Over the Goal of This Blog. Help People by Teaching them to Use DGC's to Plan and Mark their Progress.

The Actual Task I am Assigning you is This. Write a DailyGoalChart Every Day All Month and Mark your Progress.

Once Again, in case the Blur of Text from Internet Fatigue is too much:

Write a DailyGoalChart Every Day and Mark your Progress.

Doing this Every Day for the Rest of Your Life will Help You in a Lot of Ways. Don't take My Word for it, Try it for 30 Days and See for Yourself.
