Ok, I Promised You Guys this Post.

Pushing Past Pain is Doing Something that Expands Your Capability. This could include: Exertion (exercise) Speed Weight Stress (Frustration) Craving Knowledge (Information) Limitation (In the Mind) There Is No Limitation. The Limitation is Whatever Precognition You Set.
We Live in an Amazing Age.

Scientists are able to make Black Holes, Vegans are able to Win Olympic Sprints, Architects are able to Build Massive Buildings and YOU are able to Do Great Things too!
You Don't Have To Do Something Massive to make a difference. A Smile can be Worth More Than A Coin. There are All Kinds Of People doing All Kinds Of Things!
What You Do is Up To You!

But This Article is about Pushing Past Pain!
So How Do We Do That?

Well, Pushing Past Pain can be done Many Ways.
When Running, you may get a Chest Pain, Muscle Pain or Fatigue. That does Not Mean always Keep Running. A Little Pain Is Good. A Lot of Pain is Bad. When you get Medium to Severe Pains, Rest until you can Run Comfortably Again. The same does NOT go for Exhaustion! Beat That Pain Up! Stay Hydrated, Pace Yourself and Seek Professional Support. You Should Learn What You Are Doing Before You Do It. However, If You Cannot, Do Not Let Lack of Knowledge Become A Barrier To Growth.
Let's say You are Having a Hard Time Studying...

Maybe OPENING THE BOOK IS HARD. Maybe READING THE FIRST LINE IS HARD. Maybe Reading THE FIRST PARAGRAPH. Maybe it's the FIRST PAGE. Maybe You Want to Read a Full Book. MAYBE You Want to Read Many Books!
No Matter the Case, Pushing Past Pain can Help!
First Off, the book is on your shelf.
Pick it Up.
I Know this Might Sound Simple, but it Actually Has a Real Effect! Then, Open the Book. "Life is an Open Book."

After You Have It Open, and again, this Sounds Self Explanatory, START READING. If I could COUNT the times I have picked up a book, stared at it for TEN MINUTES STRESSING OUT, and put it down again, I would have an even bigger library, and more unfinished books... The Trick Is Reading It. Read the FIRST LETTER
The SECOND LETTER
The FIRST SENTENCE The First PARAGRAPH
The First PAGE The Second Page The Third Page
The First Chapter
The First Page of the Second Chapter
And Just Keep Reading. If you find this does not work right away and you end up reading a little, then putting it down and doing something else, try Separating Yourself from Distractions and Push Past Pain! Read FIVE MORE WORDS FIVE MORE LINES FIVE MORE PAGES FIVE MORE CHAPTERS And You Will Read More, Remember More and Finish Sooner. That was the Goal, right?
To Learn, in as little Time as possible,
With as little Effort as possible?
So What about Writer's Block?

Well, there are a Number of Things You Can Do! First is EXERCISE
Your body needs Blood, Oxygen and Energy to Operate. Using your body in intensive exercise Drives a Need for Energy. Exhausting Ourselves, (Pushing Past Pain) Stretches this Energy. Then, When We Are Not Moving, Our Energy is Freed from it's normal use, in the body, and it can Flow Elsewhere.
Now, the Brain uses 12X (Twelve Times) the amount of Oxygen and Blood. The amount of Energy.
This is why you see Really Smart People Gaining Weight. Their BRAINS NEED LOTS OF ENERGY
And THEY DON'T GET TO EXERCISE! This means they are having to eat a lot of food to come up with the energy their brains need. By relying on food for energy, they may be eating large meals, drinking coffee, tea, smoking, ect. All of these will give Temporary Energy, However:
Temporary Energy (Consumables) are NOT A REPLACEMENT for Fitness and Health, and are NOT A REPLACEMENT for Energy! That is why Smart People are Even More At Risk for Mental and Physical Illnesses.
They are Using More Brain Power, More Energy.
If they are not Exercising, their Brains are Left with Too Much Energy when there are no tasks, causing people to Stress.
Wanting more Focus or Energy, they will often turn to Consumables, such as Drugs, Food and Entertainment. (Coffee, Alchohol, Cigarettes, TV, Video Games, Pop) None Of These Promote Health!
So What Can We Do?
Exercise. Push Past Pain. Test Information for Knowledge. Face Our Fears, Stresses and Pains.
Surround Ourselves With Positive Vibes. Front Loading (Accomplishing Tasks Early) Off Loading (Relegating Minor Tasks to Others)
Focus on ONE THING at a time. Create a Daily and a Weekly Routine.
This may take a lot of time. You have to figure out what works for you.
In the future, I will make a post detailing how to Make and Keep Healthy Habits and How To Create A Routine That Works. So PUSH PAST PAIN and Keep Evolving to a Better You!
I am Certain You Can Do It.
