Dealing with Stress can be Hard. That is why Our Friends at the Changeways Clinic have created their Group Course, "Practical Strategies for Personal Change". (TFA means Thoughts, Feelings, Actions)

In this Course, Our Teacher guided us through each section one week at a time, and we were asked to set attainable goals and reconvene every week to mark our progress. This experience was both inspiring and disheartening, as I Was Often Unable To Meet My Goals.
By the end of the course, I was setting more attainable goals setting myself up for success. Of course, All Of This Falls Apart When You Stop Actively Doing It.
